The Mezzanine Loan Program One is used to cash out trapped equity or buyout
a partner or LLC member. Also used to buy property which is
strangled by prepayment provisions of a conduit loan.

when lease rent escalations, vacancy lease up, or repositioning gains are at least 5% within a 2-4 year period.
